Me Angela Potvin
Me Angela Potvin has worked as an Immigration lawyer since her accession to the bar in 2013.
She is the founding member of ServImm Immigration Services, has been a member of the Association of Quebec Immigration Lawyers since 2014, member of the CBA since 2019 and board member of CBA, Quebec Immigraiton Division, since 2020.
She has an LL.B/J.D.. in Common Law from Dalhousie University (2010), a Certificate in Civil Law - specialisation Business (2011) and a Political Science and Theatre degree from Concordia University (2007).
She focuses on complex cases, all manner of business immigration, family sponsorships, and temporary residence of all kinds.
Me Emily Rodrigues Freire
Me Emily Rodrigues Freire has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 2018, and has concentrated her practice on immigration law, particularly economic immigration.
Prior to completing her Bachelor of law (L.L.B.) at the Université de Montréal, Me Rodrigues Freire obtained a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University in Honours International development studies, with minors in Women's Studies and International relations, which is what initially sparked her interest in immigration law.
Me Rodrigues Freire is dedicated to the practice of immigration law because she enjoys meeting new people and supporting them in the achievement of their short and long term immigration goals.
Me Laïla Ahrid
Laïla Ahrid holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Montreal. Laïla became a member of the Barreau du Québec in 2021.
Laïla focuses her practice on immigration law. As part of her practice, she assists foreign nationals from all over the world with their permanent immigration applications. She also assists clients with temporary immigration matters, in particular businesses recruiting internationally.
Her great attention to details and her meticulousness allows her to support her clients in achieving their immigration objectives.
Cara de Grandpré
Paralegal
Working for ServImm since 2019, Cara understands the importance of great teamwork.
Providing file preparation and management, she aims to build positive working relationships with all her collaborators.
Having witnessed and experienced first hand some of the frustrations and the uncertainties of immigration procedures, Cara hopes that the support she provides clients enables them to more confidently get to the next phase of their life in Canada.
